Mildly Wild Graphics Return Policy:
Each and every one of our products goes through an extensive inspection process prior to shipping. Unfortunately, there are those rare times that a product defect will not be detected by our hundreds of quality control points. If a defective product does ship after these thorough inspections, please read the following policies for returns or replacements.
Tile Murals Return Policy
All tile murals are custom made to order, and therefore are not returnable unless defective. If you feel that the product is defective you must use the Contact Us form to describe the apparent defect. If it is determined that the mural is defective, we will issue a Return Authorization number to you. This number must be included with all returned inventory. If it is determined that the defective mural was due to our process, we will replace the mural at no cost. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, and BEFORE installation. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If a single tile or several tiles are damaged during shipping we will gladly replace the damaged tiles at no cost to you. You will need to use the Contact Us form to describe the nature of the defect, and number of tiles damaged. We will then issue a Return Authorization number to you. You will be responsible for shipping the damaged tiles back to us for inspection. If we determine that the tiles were damages due to shipping, we will gladly replace the tiles. TILES THAT ARE DAMAGED WHILE CUTTING, INSTALLING, OR AFTER INSTALLATION WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THESE TERMS!
If a tile, or tiles are damaged while cutting or during installation, we will gladly re-ship the individual tiles needed to complete your mural. It will be necessary to bill you for the new tiles as well as the shipping. The cost of the replacement tiles will be the same price per square foot as the original mural.
We do not offer refunds for custom tile murals but will do everything possible to provide a superior product that performs as advertised.

Chart Shirts and all Apparel Return Policy
All Chart Shirts and Apparel are custom made to order, and therefore are not returnable unless defective. If it is determined that the garment is defective, we will issue a Return Authorization number to you. This number must be included with all returned inventory. If it is determined that the product is defective, we will replace the product at no cost. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of these garments, we cannot accommodate requests for returning garments that are the incorrect size. Please view our sizing charts carefully to determine the proper size of garment to order.

We cannot accept returned clothing that has been worn; therefore we cannot accept any returned garment which has had the original tag removed. Please inspect the garment for any apparent defects before removing tag.
