Mildly Wild Graphic Shipping Policies
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, and package dimensions, excluding applicable sales tax.
We generally ship via UPS, but may ship via USPS for the smallest orders. For extremely large murals, it may be most cost effective to ship via commercial truck. We will do our best to ship with the most cost effective method. If you have special shipping requirements, please use the Contact Us form BEFORE placing your order. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Ceramic Tile Murals:
ALL ceramic tile murals are created one at a time, and are made to order. Depending on the size of the mural, number of individual tiles, and production schedule, most tile murals will ship within 10-14 working days. This does not include weekends, or holidays. During peak seasons, the production time may increase slightly.
Kiln Fired murals are much more labor intensive, and will usually ship between 21-28 working days from the time of order.
Depending on your location, shipping times may be between 2-7 days. We generally ship via UPS, but may ship via USPS for the smallest orders. For extremely large murals, it may be most cost effective to ship via commercial truck. We will do our best to ship with the most cost effective method.
If you require to have a mural in your hands before the time frame specified above, please use the Contact Us form BEFORE placing your order to determine if rush production, or rush shipping is available at the current time. There may be additional fees for rush production and/or shipping.
Chart Shirts and Apparel
ALL Chart Shirts are created one at a time, and are made to order. Depending on the production schedule and amount of customized orders, most Chart Shirts will ship within 7-14 working days. This does not include weekends, or holidays. During peak seasons, the production time may increase slightly.
Wholesale orders of Chart Shirts are much more labor intensive, and will usually ship between 12-21 working days from the time of order.

For orders that include both Chart Shirts and tile murals, we will ship the order together to save shipping costs. If you prefer to have them shipped separately, it is best create two shopping carts, and separate checkouts, so the correct shipping will be applied to each respective order.
